Individual Therapy
Depth work for adults who are done circling
For capable adults carrying anxiety, old grief, identity questions, or patterns that keep winning. This is insight-oriented therapy with structure — we go underneath the symptom, and we track progress the whole way.
Book a free consultationThis work is for you if…
- High-functioning anxiety or depression that costs more than anyone can see
- Recurring relationship or family patterns you can name but can't break
- Life transitions — career, faith, identity, loss — that shook the ground
- Recovery — from alcohol, codependency, or the relationships that fed them
- Perfectionism, self-criticism, and the exhaustion of holding it together
How the work unfolds
The work is trauma-informed and tailored to your goals and personal beliefs, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing as the situation requires. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, by secure video. The first phase maps your history and the patterns running underneath the presenting problem. From there the work alternates between depth (understanding where a pattern comes from) and practice (changing what you do with it this week).

Relationship Therapy
Most couples wait years too long to come in. If you're here, part of you knows the pattern between you is bigger than either of you — and that willpower alone hasn't fixed it. This is structured, active couples work: honest, balanced, and demanding of both partners.
Trauma & EMDR
Some experiences don't file themselves away like normal memories. They stay live — in the startle, the shutdown, the overreaction that doesn't match the moment. Trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, helps your nervous system finish processing what it never got to finish.
Let's see if we're a good fit.
